Many thanks to all who came out this past weekend for the special classes I co-taught with Jessica Crow of Dharma Mittra Yoga, and Jennifer Sundeen of Durga Yoga. Thanks to you, our offerings were a great success, and Jessica boarded the train back to NYC with a beaming smile. She sends her gratitude.

I know that you didn't award this woman the Guinness World record for being the oldest Yoga Teacher, but I wanted to pass on to you that I took a class last year in Rishikesh, India, with Swami Yogananda, who was 103 years old last year, therefore is now 104. He is still teaching most mornings in Rishikesh at 5am, and even travels for Yoga Workshops and Festivals.
Just wanted to let you know!
