Namaste

What an incredible string of beautiful days we are having, I hope that you are enjoying them as much as I am. Here’s hoping that we get some rain soon!

The Setting Of Intention at the beginning of class is in a way a declaration of independence,  Independence from our past conditioning – our reactionary self, and our old ways of being that we are so done with… In practice we can reach into the moment and bring our finer qualities to the surface, then head out into our day with a ready smile for all beings who cross our path. It’s a good path, and I am so glad that you’ve joined us.

Tomorrow – on the holiday – at 9:00am We’ll gather for our Fourteenth annual freedom class. Our half moon, and afternoon classes will not be held.

In the spirit of peace and quiet, there’s a town in Italy where there’s a new law has passed that Fireworks have to be silent from now on. out of respect for their animals. It’s an interesting read and many spoke out in the comments in support of quiet fireworks for the veterans as well.  Check out the story here.

Given a choice, Would you go for the BOOM or the Whoosh? Overall I’m always glad to see the compassion on the rise.

If I do not see you over the long weekend, I hope you have some great time off and…  enjoy your freedom!

Peace light and love,

-john

p.s.  this new website has been long in the works, please be patient as the kinks are worked out. I have many great stories we’ve been hearing in class to share from life, the gardens ,the bluebirds and the beehive. Just got to sit down and type them up.

    Dearest John,

I love your new website and the heartwarming insights and stories you share, you have such a generous, gracious heart, and your light shines brightly for us all to see.
I am grateful for all that you share with their sincere messages – I would love to attend your yoga classes – but alas I live in the uk, but you continue to inspire me to share yoga with other like minded people here.

    love and blessings,
    Michele
