    Most of you know Sundari as our connection to the Jivamukti
    Yoga world in NYC. Sometimes she guest teaches up here.
    hoping she’ll teach us some Tonglen meditation from her studies
    out in Arizona.

    The Mantra she posted is for Ganesha, asking him to remove all obstacles
    for the success of this blog and our collective practices

  3. Hi John,
    I have a problem and could use your help/suggestion. My knees tend to really hurt when I do poses that actually require you to be on your knees (the muscle/padded part gets bruised). Even doubling up the mat doesn’t really do the trick. Am I the only person with this issue? I was thinking of creating yoga knee pads…do you think others would find this product useful? Thanks for your help!
