Looking ahead
I’m sub-teaching Erin’s YNFL classes , 6/27-28,
and again on the 4th and 5’th of July. Saturday class is 8am, and
and again on the 4th and 5’th of July. Saturday class is 8am, and
Sunday’s in at 9am, Yoga and Nia for Life in West Concord.
A treat
Sundari will be coming out from Jivamukti Yoga in NYC to assist our independence weekend classes on the 4’th and 5’th!

I love the rain. Nothing better than a run in the rain or yoga with the rain pattering down on the roof and the leaves outside. Then there’s always curling up and reading a book. And everything looks so darn sparkly and gorgeous.
Rain quenches and cleans and revitalizes. It’s a gift from the universe. I wish we could share some our rain with the rest of the world. They seem to need it greatly.
