A quick note to mention that we’ll have a regular schedule of Yoga classes today for Columbus day. 9:30am at Half Moon Hill in West Acton – a smaller and sweet class overlooking conservation land. And two afternoon Yoga classes in West Concord: 4pm mellow, and 6pm, even mellower.

Also wanted to share this interesting post about bee intelligence and culture:

I wonder why at the end of these types of articles, the researchers, and/or writers need to summarize by discounting the animal’s smarts. The Bees are brilliant, at being Bees, and I believe that they deserve our respect and protection, and I sure hope that they let these bees go free.
